Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Eligibility

Access to and use of the yoi4d platform is conditional on the following eligibility requirements being satisfied at all times. By registering an Account or placing any Wager, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. yoi4d does not permit access to individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online betting is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of use.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party. Each Account must be used exclusively by the registered Member.
• You have not previously been excluded from the yoi4d platform, nor have you been subject to a self-exclusion that remains in effect.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee, officer, or director of yoi4d or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.

Account Registration

To access the full range of yoi4d services, you must register a personal Account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the yoi4d platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. yoi4d will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat.

yoi4d reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason.

Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with our obligations under international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming policies, yoi4d requires all Members to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawal requests are processed and before certain account features are made available.

KYC verification requires you to submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification document.
• Proof of Date of Birth: The document submitted for identity purposes must clearly show your date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, a screenshot or photograph confirming ownership of the bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, or other supported bank) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used for deposits and withdrawals.

KYC documents submitted during WIB business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB) are typically reviewed within one hour. yoi4d may request additional documentation at any stage if required for compliance purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to your Account.

Deposits

yoi4d accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits may be made via any of the supported payment methods, which currently include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. yoi4d does not charge any platform-side deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which yoi4d bears no responsibility.

Minimum deposit amounts are as follows:

• Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata): Rp 25.000 per transaction.
• E-Wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Rp 10.000 per transaction.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. E-wallet deposits typically clear within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits are generally processed within five minutes under normal network conditions, though delays caused by the banking system or public holidays are outside yoi4d's control.

All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may trigger an immediate compliance review and Account suspension. yoi4d reserves the right to return funds to the originating payment method if a third-party source is identified.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the yoi4d Account dashboard. All withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. yoi4d does not support withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the Account.

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification successfully.
• Your Account must not be subject to any active bonus wagering requirement. Withdrawal requests submitted while a wagering requirement is outstanding will either be held until the requirement is met or, at your election, processed with the Bonus Funds portion of your Balance forfeited.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold of Rp 50.000.
• No active security review or compliance hold is in place on your Account.

yoi4d targets a withdrawal processing time of 10 to 20 minutes for verified Accounts under normal operating conditions. During periods of high transaction volume, public holidays, or scheduled maintenance, processing times may be extended. yoi4d will communicate any anticipated delays via the live chat support channel.

yoi4d reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests that exceed Rp 10.000.000 per transaction or Rp 50.000.000 within any 30-day period, in accordance with our AML obligations.

Bonuses & Promotions

yoi4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal tournament prizes tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion details.
• One Bonus Per Account: Each promotion may be claimed once per Member, per household address, per device, and per IP address. yoi4d reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility where patterns of abuse are detected.
• Game Weighting: Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific weighting tables are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Bet During Wagering: While a wagering requirement is active, the maximum permitted Wager per round or per bet is Rp 500.000 or 10% of the remaining Bonus Funds balance, whichever is lower. Bets exceeding this limit will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds.

yoi4d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice and to reclaim Bonus Funds where terms have been breached or where fraudulent activity is suspected.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All Wagers placed on the yoi4d platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market. Sporting event rules, including settlement procedures for abandoned or postponed events, are published within the yoi4d Sportsbook section. Casino and slot game rules are available within each individual game interface as provided by the relevant game studio.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on yoi4d:

• All Wagers are final once confirmed. yoi4d does not accept cancellation requests after a Wager has been accepted by the system, except where the platform's own error has resulted in an incorrect settlement.
• yoi4d reserves the right to void any Wager that was placed at an odds or payout rate resulting from a manifest error (palpable error) in pricing, technical malfunction, or data feed failure. Affected Members will be notified and their stake returned.
• Maximum Wager limits apply across all markets and game types. Specific limits are displayed within the betting interface and may be adjusted at yoi4d's discretion, including on a per-Account basis.
• yoi4d may suspend or limit access to specific markets or games at any time without prior notice, including during live events where market integrity concerns arise.
• Winnings from all games and sports bets — including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and sabung ayam (cockfighting) markets where offered — are credited to the Account Balance in real time upon settlement.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yoi4d platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their Balance forfeited, and the matter referred to the relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one Account, or accessing the platform using another Member's credentials.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy that exploits bonus offers or promotional terms in a systematic manner inconsistent with normal recreational gambling.
• Colluding with other players at live casino tables or in any tournament format.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or using the platform in any manner that could constitute money laundering.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or the use of stolen payment credentials.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the platform's systems, databases, source code, or network infrastructure.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.

Responsible Gaming

yoi4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to Members seriously. The platform provides a suite of tools to help Members manage their gambling activity, all accessible from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts at defined intervals to remind you of the duration of your gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from gambling by restricting your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the yoi4d platform. Self-exclusions of six months or longer are treated as permanent unless you actively request reinstatement after the exclusion period has fully elapsed.

Intellectual Property

All content on the yoi4d platform — including but not limited to the yoi4d brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces provided under licence from third-party studios, and all other materials — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remains the property of yoi4d or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the yoi4d platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of yoi4d.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yoi4d, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and game providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the yoi4d platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from gambling outcomes, whether from sports wagers, casino games, slot titles, crash games, or any other game format.
• Loss of funds resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your Account credentials.
• Service interruptions, platform outages, technical malfunctions, or errors in data feeds from third-party providers.
• Delays in deposit processing or withdrawal payments caused by the banking system, e-wallet providers, or payment processors outside yoi4d's direct control.
• Any action taken by yoi4d in good faith to enforce these Terms & Conditions, including Account suspension or the voiding of Wagers.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits yoi4d's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Privacy & Data

yoi4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

yoi4d employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the yoi4d platform. Personal data submitted for KYC purposes is retained only for as long as required by applicable AML regulations and yoi4d's internal compliance obligations.

Suspension & Termination

yoi4d may suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms & Conditions have been breached.
• The Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2.
• Prohibited conduct as described in Clause 9 has occurred or is suspected.
• A compliance, AML, or fraud concern has been identified.
• The Member has requested Account closure or self-exclusion.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any Balance held in the Account may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed for any other reason, the real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via the most recently used payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.

Governing Law

The yoi4d platform is operated under an international gaming licence. These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which yoi4d holds its gaming licence.

yoi4d does not represent that the services offered on the platform are lawful or available for use in every jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the yoi4d platform is compliant with the laws applicable in your location. yoi4d makes no representation to players in Indonesia as to the legality of online gambling under Indonesian domestic law and accepts no liability arising from a Member's use of the platform in contravention of local law.

Any dispute between you and yoi4d that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated by yoi4d's licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Amendments

yoi4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, yoi4d will provide notice to registered Members via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the yoi4d platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your Account before the effective date.

The version date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision was published. We recommend that Members review these Terms & Conditions periodically.
